“Aiding and abetting”

Medical Board goes easy on another abortionist

The state Medical Board has given what amounts to a slap on the wrist to a Southern California abortionist for aiding and abetting an unlicensed doctor at a West Hollywood abortion clinic, but let him off the hook for alleged “gross negligence” in the care he provided to at least two women.

In a Stipulated Decision (a form of administrative plea-bargain), the Medical Board allowed abortionist Mohammad Bararsani to admit to just three of eight charges originally lodged against him. The board held Bararsani accountable only for aiding and abetting illegal abortionist Edgar Ruiz, who ran a West Hollywood abortion clinic but had no license to practice medicine. The clinic, Centro Medico Para La Mujer on Santa Monica Boulevard, was later closed by health authorities. Ruiz told authorities at the time that he was licensed to practice medicine in Nicaragua.

In addition to aiding and abetting Ruiz, Bararsani admitted to working without a Fictitious Name Permit, and to committing acts of dishonesty. He refused to admit to charges of negligence and incompetence in the care he provided to several female patients.

For example, the Medical Board accused Bararsani of gross negligence in the care of “Patient Gennifer W.” Bararsani is alleged to have allowed an unlicensed doctor to examine her and tell her she was pregnant and then, without performing a physical exam, without confirming pregnancy, without taking vital signs, and without giving any pain medication, performing an abortion on her. When the woman suffered post-abortion complications, the doctor was accused of failing to address them. The Medical Board also accused him of similar problems with “Patient Khalia S.”

Instead of revoking Bararsani’s license, the attorney general’s office agreed to allow him to keep his license and go on probation for less than three years. The 70-year-old abortionist was also ordered to take an education course, take a medical records class and is prohibited from supervising physicians’ assistants. Under those conditions, the Medical Board agreed to allow him to continue practicing surgical abortions.

Medical Board records show that a $50,000 malpractice judgment was entered against Bararsani in Los Angeles on June 20, 2008, but provided no details.

Bararsani is a 1964 graduate of Tehran University School of Medicine in Iran. He has worked for illegal abortionist Bertha Bugarin, who is currently awaiting sentencing on multiple counts of posing as a physician and performing abortions in Los Angeles and San Diego counties. Bararsani has also worked for Susan Burger of Westwind Women’s abortion clinic in Canoga Park.

Bararsani runs a cash-only abortion business at his Women’s Care Center on Crenshaw Boulevard in Torrance.

Why, after all, its just a matter of "choice" as prescribed by Roe v. Wade, the ultimate "law of the land" (though never instituted by any democratic law-making body), supreme above every other law, even the Constitution: "Legal Positivism" (google it with Dr. "Charles Rice") amped up to the level of Doomsday Machine. As later confirmed by PPFA v. Casey, the hideous legal monstrosity of Roe made its mysterious "constitutional privacy" discovery in the "penumbra" of the 14th Amendment: not as A Matter of The Private Relationship Between a WOMAN and Her Doctor; but, rather, As a Matter of The PRIVATE RELATIONSHIP Between a woman's DOCTOR, and her DOCTOR. (Riddle me that, Batman!) Justice Harry Blackmun, former Mayo Medical Clinic counsel, wrote the majority opinion in Roe at the Clinic's Medical Library. Roe's design and effect was to shield physicians from any criminal liability for their campaigns of "clinical" child-killing. In the decade prior to Roe, wealthy women could get their abortions by appeal to 3-physician "boards" at "legitimate" hospitals; and, of course, we can't have the wealthy killing themselves off, while we neglect the non-English speakers, the dark and the poor! All this was facilitated by the death-star conjunction of the Population-Control and the so-called "Feminist" movements. The California Medical Board is always soft on abortionists. Compared to other types of physicians, action against doctors (sic) who kill babies for a living, and who "happen" to kill and maim the babies' mothers, is a pitiful few.

Abortion corrupts everything it touches.

It takes a lot for a doctor to lose his license. The idea is that they went to school, and incurred a lot of debt to become physicians and therefore, taking their license would ruin them (that's the point, of mighty Medical Board!) so even if they are addicted to drugs, they are still allowed to practice. "Buyer beware" is the thinking behind that business, because medicine is no longer thought of as a profession, but a business. And, abortion is the business of killing the innocent unborn, and its legal, folks, so, think about that one, and then pray about it, and then do something about it. Stand in front of every facility you can, pray and be the opposite of what they are doing. Show compassion for the women and men who are so blinded by the media blitz that kills, and fight the good fight.

So much for the false safe, legal abortion philosophy. It is not "safe" for the child or the mother.

What's really sick is that the Obamanation allows this torture and maiming and people voted for him. Hard to believe!

Sounds like WORLD WAR II all over again..... Didn't mankind learn anything from that sad experience? Doctors are suppose to defend and help life, not kill people...... And the babies ARE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately the unborn who are totally defenceless and innocent pay the highest price. Who is going to protect the unborn and their mothers from continuing to pay for this horrible injustice at the hands of these abortionists?

I know this guy(Bararsani), I think this trial looks to be a personal affair rather than a REAL charge, someone is trying to terminate his years of effort and success in medicine.

I was doing volunteering for Susan burger and during that time I saw Dr. Bararsani. I have to admit that both of them are excellent at their professional job and they also care a lot about their patients. so it's better to think about the patients first not your opinion about abortion. you better do research and then publish an article which is full of false accusations. think about people and respect their decisions to have abortion . it's not your choice. It is a personal matter.
