Is there a Family Planning Associates-Glen Helen Raceway connection?

It seems Miramar’s glass pyramid at the San Diego Design Center may join the ancient Aztec pyramids as a landmark of human sacrifice. In the complex of buildings behind the pyramid, Allcare Medical Management, the holding company that operates the abortion clinic, Family Planning Associates, has leased a 5,685 sq foot space at 7340 Miramar Road, Suite C-205. The suite housing the clinic is surrounded by furniture and home accessory stores.
 The owner of Allcare appears to be Irving Moore “Bud” Feldkamp III, a well-respected dentist from Redlands. Feldkamp is the CEO of Glen Helen Raceway Park in San Bernardino. One of his dental offices, Hospitality Dental Associates, is located across the street from San Bernardino’s FPA clinic on Hospitality Lane.
The California Secretary of State’s internet “California Business Portal” lists I.M. Feldkamp IV as “Agent for Service of Process” for Allcare. The listing on the “Portal” for Family Planning Associates lists I.M. Feldkamp as the “Agent.” Both Allcare and FPA are listed under the same address – 3050 Airport Way, Long Beach.
Glen Helen’s I.M. “Bud” Feldkamp III has a son of the same name – I.M. “Buddy” Feldkamp IV. But is FPA’s I.M. Feldkamp the same as Glen Helen and Hospitality Dental’s I.M. Feldkamp?
To find out, we called I.M. Feldkamp III. To our question, whether he was the owner of Allcare, Feldkamp replied, "Well, uh, Allcare Medical? I, uh … why do you want to know? I'm just a dentist. Why don't you write me a letter or something?"
“Some of our sources indicate that Allcare is a holding company for Family Planning Associates and is using that name to open an abortion clinic in the Miramar area of San Diego," said California Catholic Daily. To which Feldkamp replied, "I don't know what you're talking about! Goodbye."
Cheryl Sullenger of Operation Rescue says “Allcare is just the holding company that [Feldkamp] operates FPA out of. It’s just the way he does business. He owns a lot of other businesses, and the raceway. I don’t understand why he would do that except to keep some distance. I suspect it’s one more step between him and the abortion clinics, something to conceal his ownership. He’s a businessman, not an abortionist. For him, it’s just a financial investment.”
Sullenger says that FPA, the world’s largest for-profit abortion business, needed a larger facility and is under pressure from Planned Parenthood, who is aggressively seeking dominance in the abortion market. “I think they are trying to put some daylight between themselves and Planned Parenthood,” said Sullenger. “Plus they were losing that building on Sixth Avenue anyway. It was dumpy and just a fraction of the space they had in La Mesa. Now they’ll have over 5,000 square feet.”
It has been rumored that Feldkamp might be slowly selling off the FPA chain in pieces. “We have contacts in Bakersfield, who operate a crisis pregnancy center across from an FPA clinic who told us that the FPA clinic is for sale. This is one of the few that they actually own. They almost always lease their space. Their understanding is that they were selling their clinics off one at a time. We aren’t sure if he’s going to break up the chain and sell them off piecemeal, or just selling off a few of them.”
The San Diego Design Center’s high-end tenants in the home furnishings business may not take kindly to sharing space with an abortion clinic. However, Sullenger says that the location may be the best they could hope to get. “It’s really hard for an abortion clinic to find a spot,” she said. “It’s hot and nobody wants to deal with them.”

wow...was suprised to read this and did some checking. I own the Ashley Furniture Homestore. my landlord (which owns the Pyramid Building we are in) does not own the building they are in. they actually lease their space from another company. but having the picture of ouor building associated with this, and pictured thus...is disturbing. please help?

Yes Dr Feldkamp III and IV owns All of the former FPA's.They were purchased from Dr. Allred about a year ago The son and the dad are strictly businessmen.

Michael,
I can sympathize with your situation and would hate to be a business owner sharing space near this abortion center. I wonder if the building is even appropriate for medical purposes? Are there other medical buildings in the area? Is there a space for medical waste and the safeguards that by law need to accompany surgical centers? I would look into this if I were you, and put these questions to your landlord.

I think what Michael is saying is that the his landlord and the Pyramid are not in any way affiliated with the landlord of the abortion clinic and the building where it is located. The article implies that the abortion clinic is located in the Pyramid, but in reality, it is in the building next door which has a different owner. The tenants of the San Diego Design Center are not "sharing space" with the clinic. This shoddy and untrue reporting is unworthy of your publication.

I went to pray outside of this clinic today. They placed it in a very strategic spot in my opinion. I went in and pretended i wanted a tubal ligation. The receptionist told me no, but she could refer me. She was on the phone when I first walked in telling a woman to make sure she didn't bring any children to her apt. the next day, but told her to make sure she brought her picture I.D. They have brochures of 1st, 2nd and nonsurgical abortions both in english and spanish. I left and prayed right outside of the door, I said a special prayer for that woman on the phone. The location of this clinic makes it almost impossible to sidewalk councel outside of and it's devistating to know that babies up to 22 weeks are being murdered in there. I don't know how they dispose of these babies, it's not exactly a medical building. Please pray.
